     နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ အာဆီယံရေးရာဦးစီးဌာနမှ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဦးဇော်ဇော်စိုး သည် မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံ၊ ကွာလာလမ်ပူမြို့တွင် ၂၉-၅-၂၀၂၃ ရက်မှ ၃၀-၅-၂၀၂၃ ရက်အထိ ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် စီးပွားရေးနှင့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေး၊ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နှင့် ရာသီဥတု ပြောင်းလဲမှုဆိုင်ရာ အာဆီယံအစိုးရချင်းဆိုင်ရာ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကော်မရှင်၏ ဒေသတွင်း ဆွေးနွေးပွဲ (AICHR Regional Consultation on Business and Human Rights, Environment and Climate Change in ASEASN) သို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံ၊ AICHR ကိုယ်စားလှယ်မှ သဘာပတိအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံများမှ AICHR ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၊ AICHR ကိုယ်စားပြုပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂနှင့် ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂတို့မှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၊ AICHR ကိုယ်စားလှယ်၏ လက်ထောက်များ၊ အာဆီယံ အတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်ရုံးမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေး၊ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေး၊ အာဆီယံမှဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေး အခွင့်အရေးဆိုင်ရာ အာဆီယံဒေသတွင်းမူဘောင် ရေးဆွဲရေးနှင့် ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ဝင် နိုင်ငံများတွင် ကျင့်သုံးနေသည့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နှင့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းလမ်းညွှန်များအပေါ် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Deputy Director-General of the ASEAN Affairs Department attends the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) Regional Consultation: Business and Human Rights, Environment and Climate Change in ASEAN

U Zaw Zaw Soe, Deputy Director-General, ASEAN Affairs Department from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the AICHR Regional Consultation on Business and Human Rights, Environment and Climate Change in ASEASN which was held on 29-30 May 2023 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

AICHR Regional Consultation on Business and Human Rights, Environment and Climate Change in ASEASN was chaired by AICHR-Malaysia and attended by the AICHR representatives from ASEAN Member States, AICHR Alternates, representatives from United Nations and European Union, AICHR Assistants and representatives from the ASEAN Secretariat.

The meeting exchanged views on matters pertaining to the environment, sustainable development and shared views on the ASEAN Regional Framework on Environmental Rights and the European Union’s (EU) proposed directives on human rights and environmental due diligence.
